I am a private based therapist based in Ballinasloe. It is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere with the aim of promoting growth and positive change for the client. I use a variety of approaches to address the individual needs of my clients. I utilize a treatment plan which includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in therapy, with the ultimate aim of achieving one’s goals and aspirations. It is my mission to help clients understand any psychological obstacles that they may feel blocks them from reaching their full potential, and help them to emotionally understand and ultimately overcome any issues and assist them on their journey to being the best version of themselves.
